Pork in Oyster Sauce

Just a quick entry for a quick meal this evening. Monday’s a long day at work and I don’t finish until 8 so I usually want something quick. Stir-fried pork and spring onions in oyster sauce. With red pepper, asparagus and tenderstem broccoli. Quick and easy to do but, due to the garlic, spring onions and piquant oyster sauce, full of flavours. And the sauce compliments the flavour of the pork. A quick splash of Japanese soy sauce adds another dash of flavour and helps to thin the thick oyster sauce a little. Served with plain boiled rice. And eaten with a fork ’cause I couldn’t face chopsticks. Lazy!
