Potato moutabel update

Just a quick one. I had a couple of kebabs left over from Monday and so I had them for dinner last night and made some more potato moutabel to accompany them. This time I made the moutabel with half potato and half sweet potato and used Greek youghurt instead of plain yoghurt. This seemed to make a real difference and made the mash much creamier and less dry. I think I’ll do it again that way next time!
